Kirbie Croshal was introduced to the music industry at a very young age when her birth announcement was placed in Billboard Magazine. However, it wasn’t until Kirbie’s junior year of high school (2009) when she began working part-time as an intern at Croshal Entertainment Group formed by her father, Fred Croshal. Growing up as a music executive’s daughter, it was a natural progression learning every aspect of the company until a full time position was presented. Kirbie was given the choice between college or managing her very first artist...AJ McLean of the Backstreet Boys, she made the choice and became a full time marketing director and day-to-day manager. During her first few years at CEG, Kirbie took on an intricate role in creating social media campaigns for clients to help promote their projects and build the brands of artists.

By the early 2010’s utilizing her skillset, Kirbie was able to nearly double the engagement and interaction on all social platforms for CEG management client, New Found Glory. She also oversaw the entire rollout (publicity, radio, social media, etc.) of Redfoo’s debut solo record, where he was featured on The Today Show, and hosted an album release party in Miami during Ultra Music Festival.

Kirbie is currently Sr. VP of Marketing and Digital Strategies for Croshal Entertainment Group. Overseeing all online strategies for the company and several clients (Herb Alpert, The Immediate Family, Trinity Bliss, Bella Rios and others). She is also responsible for overseeing day-to-day management for Noel Casler.
