Toni Croshal started her career in the Cable Television Industry in 1983, she worked for Western TV Cable in South San Francisco, and TCI Cable in San Mateo, CA. In 2003, Toni supported Fred’s dream to create his own business and was his first official hire. She is the company’s CFO and handles many of the administration tasks for Croshal Entertainment Group.
